# AI Shopping Experience \u2014 Terms of Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

**Effective Date: 08\/21\/26**<\/strong> These terms govern your use of the AI Shopping<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience service operated by F5 Digital Marketing(“we”, “us”), registered at<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil under 260736410001-60. Contact: contact@f5digitalmarketing.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

## 1. What the service is<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI Shopping Experience has two parts, and it matters which is which.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

**The plugin**<\/strong> is the WordPress\/WooCommerce plugin you install on your own<\/p>\n\n\n\n

store. It is free software licensed under the GPL v2 or later, and you may use,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

study, modify and redistribute it under that licence. Nothing in these terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n

restricts the rights the GPL gives you in the plugin’s code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

**The service**<\/strong> is everything we run: the AI gateway that holds the AI provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n

credentials, verifies your licence, meters your usage and streams replies back<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to your store, plus the licence server that issues and validates your key. The<\/p>\n\n\n\n

service is ours, it is not covered by the plugin’s GPL licence, and these terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n

govern your access to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The plugin cannot answer shoppers on its own. All AI processing happens on our<\/p>\n\n\n\n

servers, so an active licence \u2014 free or paid \u2014 is required for the assistant to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

work. This is disclosed on the plugin’s directory listing and in its setup<\/p>\n\n\n\n

screen before you install anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

## 2. Accounts and licence keys<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You register on our storefront and receive a licence key. That key is a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

credential: treat it like a password. The plugin stores it encrypted on your<\/p>\n\n\n\n

site and never exposes it to browsers, but you are responsible for what is done<\/p>\n\n\n\n

with it, including by anyone you give it to and by anyone who obtains it through<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a compromise of your site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may activate a key only on the number of sites your plan allows. Local,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

staging and development hostnames do not count against that allowance. We may<\/p>\n\n\n\n

suspend a key that is being used outside your plan’s limits, and we will tell<\/p>\n\n\n\n

you why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must be able to form a binding contract, and you must not be barred from<\/p>\n\n\n\n

receiving the service under applicable law or sanctions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

## 3. Plans, quotas and fair use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each plan carries a monthly token quota, a maximum number of sites, and a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

maximum number of knowledge-base documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

**Free plan:**<\/strong> 800,000 tokens per month, one store, three knowledge-base<\/p>\n\n\n\n

documents. No payment card is required. One free licence per customer, and one<\/p>\n\n\n\n

free licence per store \u2014 permanently. A store that has used its free allowance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

cannot reset it by registering again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

**Paid plans:**<\/strong> [PAID PLAN QUOTAS].<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When a monthly quota is exhausted the assistant stops answering until the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

period resets or you move to a larger plan. Your site, your data, your uploaded<\/p>\n\n\n\n

documents and your stored conversations are untouched by this; only the AI<\/p>\n\n\n\n

replies pause. We also apply a per-licence request rate limit to protect the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

service from bursts and from leaked keys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tokens are the unit our AI provider bills in. Usage is metered per request and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

reported to your licence, and you can see it in the plugin’s settings screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

## 4. Payment, renewal and cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance for each period through our<\/p>\n\n\n\n

storefront. They renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any<\/p>\n\n\n\n

time from your account area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid<\/p>\n\n\n\n

period, and the assistant keeps working until then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds: [REFUND WINDOW]. Refunds are not given for tokens already consumed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices may change. If they do, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the change applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

## 5. Acceptable use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– attempt to bypass, disable or weaken the safety and compliance controls that<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  screen requests and filter replies, or use the service to produce content<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  those controls exist to prevent;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties as your own,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  including by routing other stores’ traffic through your licence key;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– use the service as a general-purpose chatbot. The assistant is scoped to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  shopping and store customer support, and that scope is enforced on our side;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– probe, scrape, overload or attempt unauthorised access to the gateway, the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  licence servers or the AI providers behind them;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– send us content you have no right to send, including documents you do not own<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  or have permission to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach. Where the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

breach is not deliberate and can be fixed, we will ask you to fix it first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

## 6. Your store, your content, your customers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You keep all rights in your catalogue, your uploaded documents, your custom<\/p>\n\n\n\n

instructions and your shoppers’ conversations. We do not claim ownership of any<\/p>\n\n\n\n

of it, and we do not use it to train AI models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– the accuracy of your catalogue, prices, shipping rates, policies and the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  documents you upload for the assistant to ground its answers in;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– telling your shoppers that an AI assistant is in use, and covering the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  conversations stored on your site in your own privacy policy \u2014 the plugin<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  gives you suggested wording under **Settings \u2192 Privacy**<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires before shoppers’ messages are<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  processed;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– having the right to upload the documents you upload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

## 7. AI output<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The assistant generates text. Generated text can be wrong, incomplete or<\/p>\n\n\n\n

misleading, even when it is grounded in your documents. It is not advice \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n

legal, medical, financial or otherwise \u2014 and it must not be relied on as such.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are responsible for what your store says to your customers, including what<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the assistant says on your behalf. Review your knowledge-base documents and your<\/p>\n\n\n\n

custom instructions with that in mind, and use the plugin’s human-handoff<\/p>\n\n\n\n

feature where a conversation needs a person. We are not liable for a sale,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

refund, promise or statement made through the assistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

## 8. Availability and changes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted<\/p>\n\n\n\n

operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may change how the service works \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n

including which AI models it runs on \u2014 where that does not materially reduce<\/p>\n\n\n\n

what your plan provides. If we discontinue the service or a plan, we will give<\/p>\n\n\n\n

at least 30 days’ notice and refund any prepaid period not yet used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because the plugin is GPL software you already hold, discontinuing the service<\/p>\n\n\n\n

does not remove the plugin from your site; it stops the assistant answering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

## 9. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The plugin’s code is GPL v2 or later. Our name, logo, branding, the service, the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

gateway and the licence server are ours and are not licensed to you beyond what<\/p>\n\n\n\n

these terms allow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

## 10. Disclaimers and liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as<\/p>\n\n\n\n

available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including<\/p>\n\n\n\n

merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or<\/p>\n\n\n\n

relating to the service, in aggregate over any twelve-month period, is limited<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to the amount you paid us for the service in that period. We are not liable for<\/p>\n\n\n\n

indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

revenue, data or goodwill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for<\/p>\n\n\n\n

death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

## 11. Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may stop using the service at any time by deactivating your licence in the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

plugin. We may terminate for a material breach of these terms, or if we<\/p>\n\n\n\n

discontinue the service under section 8. On termination your licence stops<\/p>\n\n\n\n

validating and the assistant stops answering; data held on your own site stays<\/p>\n\n\n\n

on your site, and you can ask us to delete what we hold as described in the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[privacy policy](https:\/\/f5digitalmarketing.com\/software\/privacy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

## 12. Changes to these terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’<\/p>\n\n\n\n

notice by email or in the plugin’s admin screens, and the “effective” date above<\/p>\n\n\n\n

will change. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

new terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

## 13. Governing law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brazil have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection<\/p>\n\n\n\n

law in your country of residence provides otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
